6-panel brochure (3 panels on each side) for the Vessels of Satire: The Art of Magdalena and Michael Frimkess exhibition, at Louis Stern Fine Arts, Oct 28, 2000–Jan 6, 2001. 3 images. One panel offers a summary of the work.

Michael Frimkess (b. 1937) and Magdalena Suarez Frimkess (b. 1929) began working together shortly after they met in 1963. Their fifty-year collaboration constitutes a compelling body of work that snags itself on many genres—pottery, outsider art, mythology, pop—all of which fail to quantify its beautiful urgency and unique renewal of the ceramic tradition.
