Imprenta Glorias is the imprint of film and television actress Gloria Stuart (Rebecca of Sunnybrook Farm, 1938; My Favorite Year, 1982; Titanic, 1997).

In 1983, when she was in her seventies, the master printer Ward Ritchie taught her to print. Stuart started a fresh career as a respected designer of hand-printed artists’ books and broadsides. She produced illustrated books and broadsides under her own imprint, Imprenta Glorias, from 1984-2006.

Her print work is in the collections of the Getty Museum in Los Angeles and the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.

The Plantin Press, a small private press in Los Angeles was started in 1931 by Saul and Lillian Marks.
