Guidelines for full and partial refunds are as follows:

FULL Refunds:

All books are returnable for a full refund if the book does not match the posted description. A full refund includes the purchase price and all shipping charges.

All books qualify for a full refund if the order is canceled before shipment commences.

Diatrope Books sends all books with delivery confirmation so that we have a record of all delivery dates.  If the USPS tracking number does not confirm the book was received, it is eligible for a full refund.

PARTIAL Refunds:

Returns initiated when the buyer decides the book is not of interest are eligible for a partial return.  Please keep in mind that:

The buyer is responsible for shipping fees for the return as well as the shipment costs paid to fulfill the order.

Refund Procedures

Upon receipt by Diatrope Books the refund will be issued ONLY if the book is received in the condition it was sent. It is the buyer’s responsibility to package the book carefully and purchase delivery confirmation if shipment verification is desired.

To initiate a return Diatrope Books must be notified within 30 days after the order date. Before notifying Diatrope, please allow the post office sufficient time for delivery. Shipping for expedited orders (priority mail) is generally 2-3 days. Standard shipments (media mail) are generally received in 4-14 days. Fulfillment for international orders is from 1 to 3 weeks.
